I encountered the error below upon trying to use MAI.

It’s possible you may have security software or a firewall blocking Excel making the outbound connection to KSP. That’s what I suspect is going on if they can get to the URL in a browser. Unfortunately there really isn’t a log file for this version that would give us any useful info.
Please check this. :-) If you are still unable to connect - we will need Customer to run a fiddler trace on their machine as they repro issue.
I have asked our Network team for assistance. I tried accessing the tool on my personal computer and it worked. It was indeed an issue of network security.
