I just upgraded my adCenter Desktop to version 8.6 and now I'm unable to upload any text ads and/or keywords.
The steps I've taken:-- Text Ads tab-- Multiple Changes -- Create multiple text ads-- Copy my ads (with headlines) into box.-- Import
Progress bar moves as if the ads are being uploaded. I then receive the following error: "Oops! We've encountered an error. Wait a few minutes and try again. If you see this error again, contact the adCenter Support Team."
I've restarted my PC, as well as, uninstall/reinstall the program. Frustrating, to say the least. Please advise.
Thanks for your POST! Ok try this, delete the cookies, uninstall then restart the computer and re-install. We have been advised that process worked for others having this problem. Let me know if you have any other issues.

Do you have that capability?

This did not solve the issue for me. Please advise.
Is there anyway to reinstall adCenter 8.5?
Everytime I upgrade, I seem to have a different issue with your program.
Mike - Can you please tell me how to access the information you've requested?
Open Windows Explorer and in the address bar type "%temp%" without the quotes. This will open your Windows temp directory. In that directory is the file I need. If you can post that or email that I can help.
