I was forced to upgrade to adCenter 8.5 and now I'm unable to open the application. I've tried uninstalling and downloading again from the Microsoft website, to no avail. I continue to get the same error message after entering our credentials.

Is there anyone who can help me with this? I'm unable to do any upload via the adCenter as the program closes once I hit the OK button.

This log can be found by using these steps.
-Open Ad Center Desktop
-In the top right hand corner next to Desktop Options there is a question mark in a blue circle
-Hover over the MS Help icon and a drop down arrow will appear; click the arrow
-Click Create Diagnostic File
-Send completed report to email address listed above.

The error indicates that the database upgrade failed. It would be great if you could send the log file to support.
You can find the file here:
1. Open the file %TEMP%\AdCenterDesktopClient.log
2. Search for 'upgrade' and see if you find any errors.
We identified the problem for certain types of upgrades and this will be fixed in next release. If you need workaround other than reinstalling (which will fix it) please PM me.
Thanks for your reply, Erica. As I mentioned in my original post, I am unable to open the Ad Center Desktop. The above error message appears and when I click the OK button, the application closes. I'm unable to get any further in the process.
NP Grubbville..We're here to help! After you uninstalled the program did you reboot your system? If not please do so then reinstall. Let me know how that works.
Same issue here. Per Luc's advice who do I email my log to?

It would be great to get the log so we can determine cause and fix it.
