When using a non Microsoft browser, please ensure you have the most up to date version of Safari, clear all of your cookies, and restart your computer and log in. If that doesn’t work and as you stated you have completed all of these steps, try it on another Mac/Firefox system. Numerous people use the system daily without a problem; you may have a program on that particular computer or within your work network that conflicts. I’m happy you have a system that allows you access until a remedy is found with your computer because I wouldn’t be able to troubleshoot your system in this setting.
