We signed up for the Bing shopping few days go, I have the feed ready but I am waiting for the login credentials. Does anyone know how many days would it take for Bing to send me the welcome kit?
About 6 months ago we applied for Bing Cashback and were accepted however no one from Bing followed up with us as mentioned in their confirmation email. I hope it does not happen the same way again..
We have sent out kits for all who mentioned that they were waiting. Also, we are cleaning up the autoresponses with outdated text. We thank you again for your patience and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. :-)
Also - there are two things that we would like to ask which would help us greatly as we navigate the manual process that we currently have.
1. Could all of you please make certain that you name your feeds bingshopping.txt ? This will help our system recognize the feed.
2. Could you let us know when you have finished uploading the feed to your FTP? This will let us know that it is ready to be evaluated and you are ready for activation.

I've been waiting since 7/31. Does anyone have similar results?
We apologize for the delay and would like to state that we are working on a mountain of interest forms. We expect to be fully caught up by Wednesday so we appreciate your patience.
We are still waiting for the welcome Kit..Scubastix did you receive the kit? I am not sure if Bruce meant Wed 11th or the 18th.

I applied on the 5th and got the "Bing Shopping Program Onboarding Kit" on the 12th.
I submitted my data feed on the 14th, but nothing had showed up as of this morning. That is when I noticed this at the bottom of the email- "Please confirm when the above steps are completed and we will validate your data feed".
That was not in the Integration Guide so I had missed it. Emailed them and now waiting to see if it works. Something you will need to remember when you do get your credentials.
We signed up on the 6th. When we applied for Bing cashback (in Jan) we were accepted within 3 days. We have been listing items on Google Base for last 2 years, Never seen a signing up delay with them.
Hello Estore - can you post the name of the URL you submitted to us? This will help us locate your entry and get you the kit today.

We signed up on 8/10 and received the following response:
Thank you for your interest in Bing cashback. Now that you have completed
the inquiry form, we will review your qualifications and notify you shortly
regarding your eligibility and next steps.
No really interested in Bing cashback since this program went away. However, we did believe that we would be accepted almost immediately into Bing Shopping; we're anxious to get our products listed.
I've noticed a lot of their media still has the 'Cashback' tag line. I imagine they're working on converting everything over to Bing Shopping. It'll take some time.
I also think that there is going to be a _ton_ of interest in this because it's so new.. and because it's FREE. There aren't that many comparison engines out there that don't charge CPC. You can expect this forum to get reeeeeally busy soon.
Be patient with the staff. We've signed up too and are awaiting our welcome kit. But as has been said, they're already swamped with apps. :) Go Go Bing!

Forgot to mention that we've been a customer of Microsoft adCenter for several years. Thought maybe that would put us somewhere near the front of the queue.

I submitted interest form and received an email from Bing staff saying that "Now that you have completed the inquiry form, we will review your
qualifications and notify you shortly regarding your eligibility and
next steps." on Aug, 3rd, but still haven't received the Welcome Kit yet.

That is the exact same canned response I got- they just have not updated the auto-reply yet.
I was told to correct some items (prices should not have dollar signs in the feed) but I am getting timely responses.
If you only applied on the 10th you might have to wait a couple more days- it took mine a week.
