We signed up for an adCenter account more than 10 days ago and your FTP account is still listed as Inactive

I have activated your FTP folder, and it should be ready to accept a feed file upload. Please let me know (via Conversation message by clicking my name next to this post, then "Start a conversation with") once you have uploaded your feed. If you cannot create a conversation message, please try another web browser. If you still cannot, just reply to this message. I will then run the feed through validation and let you know the results.
I see you were able to activate someone's account for the ftp access. We've had an account since at least September 30, 2010. We were migrated from before when it was still the Yahoo advertising. Please make our ftp so we can take advantage of what Bing has to offer.

I tried starting a conversation but when I submitted it, an error came up and wouldn't allow it to go through. Our account number is XXXXXXXX.
It looks as if you created your Bing Shopping account (which is separate from your adCenter account) in late May, which is after we paused Onboarding. I have activated your FTP account, but will be unable to validate your feed and/or fully activate your account until we resume Onboarding.
Signed up for Adcenter more than five days ago and FTP is not active.
Onboarding is currently paused, so be aware that even though I can activate your FTP folder, we will not be able to fully activate your account. Once Onboarding resumes, I will let the forums know; only once Onboarding resumes will we be able to run your feed through validation. You can also check the Bing Shopping welcome page for more information and updates.
In the meantime your FTP can be activated, but I am unable to find your adCenter account. Please send me a conversation message (click my name next to this post, then "Start a conversation with) with your account number. If you are unable to create a conversation message, please try again in a different browser. Please do not post your account number on the forums.
I am unable to find an adCenter account for the name "BetterSchoolSupplies.com". Please send me a conversation message (click my name next to this post, then "Start a conversation with") with your adCenter account number. It will start with the letter X". I keep getting an error whenever I try starting a conversation with you, but I believe I actually told you incorrectly earlier. The shop name is BetterSchoolSupplie.com, but I think the name you are looking for it Manning's School Supply. Also, the user name is betterschoolsupplies.
I have activated your FTP account and it will be ready for a feed file after 10AM PST. Please let me know once a feed has been uploaded and I will review the file.
