I have been onboard with Bing for about 6 months. My products appeared and everything was great. But recently I have been unable to find any of our products.. even the unique ones that are not sold by many other sellers.
My settings in the MSAdCenter are all up to date, we have our feed fetched via Microsoft Download every day from our website.. The last shows 9/10, 8769 lines, Status OK.
I noticed a huge decrease in sales and traffic from Bing Shopping the past week or so, and started investigating. My products do not seem to be showing up in the results...
Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm not sure what to do.
I did get a response from Bing Help via email... Turns out my feed had stopped validating. We had a major update to our cart system and the feed was being outputted incorrectly. So we got those errors sorted out, a new feed submitted and it has now passed their validation. Still no products appearing but they did say it will take a little bit.
Just wish there was something that showed there were errors with the feed somewhere so we could have realized there was something wrong sooner, rather than just wondering why the sales stopped. Maybe hopefully they will add this to the Feed Tools area.
