Our account is active, feed is ok but still no products shows up on bing shopping and it has been almost 2 months. No reply to our e-mals. Some one would please help us? Thanks
I have taken a look at your adCenter account and feed file and everything is fine there; the feed file has some duplicate Titles, but nothing that would affect the entire feed.
However, the robots.txt file on your website is currently Disallowing crawling within the area where your images are kept (/uploaded/). Please allow our crawler to access this area, otherwise we are unable to pull images from the site and this will stop your products from displaying on the live site. After our crawler is allowed to access this area, it will take 3-5 business days for your products to begin to appear.
Would you please tell us how to setup our robots.txt file, so your crawler can acess that area? Thanks
I'm sorry but everyone has different procedures for adjusting their robots.txt file so I can't give you anything specific. However, I can tell you that this line needs to be removed from your robots.txt file:
This will allow us to crawl your site for images.

Could you please look at my file blingonabudget. my product status says OK but my products do not show up in Bing shopping.
I submitted a couple of weeks ago to test my product feed before paying someone to finish creating my data feed. I thought maybe it took some time for the products to show up. It has been long enough please tell me what i need to do to get my products to show on bing shopping.

I have the same problem.Feed file is made from the template, no errors.Feed file uploaded, checked via FTP, shows up on remote server.Feed file processed, RecentUploads.txt file shows perfectly successful statuses.
ONE product out of 170+NOT listed as a store
Had the same problem several months ago, it got fixed temporarily but now it's back to the same issue.
Is there a technical support E-mail? Account manager contact? Someone to speak with?
