Our account was recently approved for Bing shopping and we uploaded our catalog on 12/29. The Message on our account says "Product Catalog Received" and status "OK", however our products are not displaying.
I have the same problem also, I could not get in touch with anyone by phone, I had to use a form..... well see
I am having the exact same problem. I guess I *** / moan until the fixed.
I have sent multiple emails to firstname.lastname@example.org without even a "thanks for your email, a tech will be with you".
I just don't understand it.
With Google, it was upload feed and forget it (except for grinding a few UPC codes).
With Bing, it has been upload feed and search like a chicken with your head cut off to see if you can find a solution to there 'Account Status: Active (Publishing) but no products' problem.
All I can find are other people with the same problem yet no solutions.
If there are any Bing officials here. Check on why the http://video-game-repair-parts.com feed is showing Active yet products are not displaying.
