I started my campaign yesterday which included search and content network and in 24 hours, I have 3 impressions so far, so I'm wondering what the problem may be?
I did test the search and my ad did show up (so one of those impressions was me)
I'm using the same settings and keywords with another online advertiser and am getting 20,000+ impressions per day.
Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions I can get on this.
I understand your frustration. It could be several things. Check the targeting, is your targeted area too constrictive? Is your budget large enough to support your keyword bid? Are you running daily standard, where it breaks your budget evenly for a 24 hour period? Or daily accelerated? I’m adding a link for free tutorials on assistance.

I'm running daily standard, I do have local targeting to Ottawa, Ontario, which is the same as I am doing elsewhere. I have had more volume since my initial inquiry, but I think a lot of that was just me test things out.

I'm wondering if there is an on page optimization test for the keyword that is advertised on MSN. For instance, if the page i'm advertising doesn't have my keyword in it, then perhaps we don't get impressions as it doesn't pass the test? Can someone confirm if this could be the reason we are seeing low impressions?
Yes. You answered your own question. It’s probably the most overlooked reason for low impressions….relevancy. Your keywords have to be relevant to your Ad and your landing page. How will your Ad show if the keyword isn’t in the landing page. Perfect. I’m going to add two attachments. One is more on relevancy and the other is for free ad Center training which one topic covers Ads.
