Hi to all of you!
My account was banned a while ago so I can not access it anymore, now I need the Billing Statements for my Company Billing Purposes.
Adcenter does not give any solution for this matter, I have contact them a few times but the problem still the same.
Anybody with similar problem? I think this is probably ilegal since I have paid them but I have not gotten any invoice.

I am looking into your issue and I will try and find out what is happening with your case.
I think you should have a way to solve the problem. You can't make everyone writing to you support & look into every issue. There should be lots people have this question.
I understand that you would like to have resolutions posted in the forums. However, each case may be different and their maybe different resolutions for each advertiser.
The best way is to have a customer support rep assist you with your account and if there is a need for a investigation we will be able to track it to better our services to you.

@littlecat; did you ever get any warning or explanation why you were banned?
Did you feel you did somehting wrong?
I never did aything wrong and NOBODY at support can give me an explanation.

If you need to have your billing invoices I will request that you contact support so that a service request can be created for you. If you have one already please provide this and I will see about getting your invoices for you. If you are able to provide the service request number can you please also let me know which invoices you require. I have provdied you a link to the contact information for our support team.
