My suggestion is to re-contact the support team whom contacted you about your ads. They will be able to explain why your ads are in trademark violation.

Now the desktop app is saying all the words in pending review for 3 weeks are a trademark violation... words like aluminum truck track and realtruck. (realtruck is our tradename)
