After 5 months of running smoothly and significant expenditures I tried to log in today and got this message : "We couldn't process your request because we ran into a problem. You can try again later, or if that doesn’t work, contact the adCenter Support team" This was unforseen and devastating as we are a small business that is a search marketing agency. We have several client campaigns on the account and are getting no support from Microsoft. This is ridiculous why there is a problem and that we are not contacted Please HELP!

Unfortunately, we cannot troubleshoot log-in issues via the forum. My suggestion is to contact suppor directly.

Actually, I am not looking for troubleshooting. As I stated in the title, adCenter support is lacking. Bascially whatever the first level support is doesn't know anything. My account was blocked and I cannot access because of billing issue? So effectively banned without any reason. I contacted support and I get the same thing as account closed blah blah
Is there a number to call to contact a competent account manager?
Could you email me your account information and ticket number to ‘ adcforumresponse[at]microsoft[dot]com’ so I can investigate your issue?
