hi, my accounts recently got flagged and banned due to a billing issue..
what exactly happened was that microsoft was not able to charge my card , when i called in. a supervisor amy told me to go ahead and create a new account and she will transfer the outstanding balance to new account, i told her that microsoft prohibits multiple accounts but she said that fine she will manually take care of it and i dont have to worry about it since there is a billing problem,. so after i created my new account, paid my outstanding balance,started advertising and, it has been banned within 2 days. and i guess my website has been flagged as well.
when i call in microsoft all they have to say is that my account is blocked and i cant advertise anymore. .
i just wanted to ask a simple question from anyone who can help me with this.
1. since my website has been flagged due to multiple accounts i suppose it is impossible for me to advertise with same website, i wanted to know that if a make a new website as per microsoft editorial guidelines will i be allowed to advertise again?
2. secondly i wanted to confirm that even if i create a new website, my business telephone numbers and toll free numbers will remain the same, so i wanted to know if that would cause any problems again in the future as there phone numbers have to be listed on my new website as well. ?
