Hi. I recently received an automated response as to why I could not log in, and it states:
Based on our investigation, your account will remain closed. Please understand that we treat unauthorized account access and billing as a very serious matter and we reviewed your case thoroughly before reaching our conclusion. The security checks we performed are in place to protect our advertisers and our customers. Sincerely, The Microsoft Advertising adCenter Team

I'm very annoyed by this whole situation. To start, there is no email or notification saying that my account was blocked for any reason. I had to contact support to find out this issue. Very unprofessional. Second, this response doesn't even tell me the real issue. I can't even log on to check my account to see if any wrong ads were placed, or if they are all mine. Third, support tells me I have to work with the ONE person who reviewed my account, but he doens't get back to me.
What I'm looking for is to have my account reinstated, or confirmation that a second account I open with the same information will not draw the same fate. My billing address is located in the US, but I'm currently in China trying to start a business. I'm guessing my IP address is the conflict. I will be here for a lot longer so how do I open an account, and drive customers to see my products?

So phone support isn't able to help. No one responds on the forums, and the person in charge of my account doesn't respond. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN FROM MICROSOFT. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Hi, I have the same issue with Microsoft adCenter, and it repeats itself with ecery new account that I open. No one to talk to on their side, just a rep telling that they will get back to me and it's always the same damn email. And I thought Google were evil...
this has happened to me too. i get the same treatment from microsoft. basically the above comments from muneca aldarondo is an example of there lack of customer services. just repeat the same thing, with no explanation until the customer gets bored and gives up. what a joke. google did the same with my google ads account, again wouldnt tell me why. f£%king Kn8bs
