i am new to adcenter, i used google ad-words before but then i thought to try adwords and on the very first day after building up my campaigns i got approx 40,000 impressions.(wow) and quite handsome response so i decided to start marketing my business with microsoft adcenter. but to my surprise just in a matter of 3 working days my impressions reduced down from 40,000 to 200 , i knew something was wrong, when i checked my account everything was fine, my ads were active but still no impressions. i tried calling a couple of times , ppl were courteous and polite but no-one seem to understand whats going wrong, then after 4 days a guy from adcenter group namely Mike Deronvil called me and informed that my account has been flagged and asked to make a few changes to my website that i did. He gave a SRX :# 1161704845 . He was pretty help ful in explaining the concern but my issue is still not resolved and my business is suffering due to all this. I did every change he asked me in my website in order to get the flag removed but to no avail. its already been 5 working days this is really frustrating because my issue is still not resolved. and moreover i dont know what i need to do next..
Hey INSTANT PC CARE,
It appears this may be a trademark concern, I have requested the agent to review the ticket for a re-appeal and reach out to you. You should hear from the agent soon.
Please let me know if you should require further assistance. :-)

We have had an agent review your ticket for a re-appeal. Unfortunately, this still stands as is. We cannot assist further unless you are willing to make the changes to your website that was originally discussed with support.
We would be more than willing to work with you guys but please let us know what we need to do, which more changes do you want us to make to get this taken care off.

Almost since Bing began I've been tracking ppcs. Recently I've seen such a drop in traffic that it makes me think what's wrong. Same text, same position, same budget...but now it takes a whole lot less budget from me because fewer click throughs from Bing.
I recently submitted pdfs of 8 "no referring links" for credit. Many of my clients pass a link to associates which is why it shows as "no referring link". I also provided csv files of activity which demonstrated about 24 less ppcs than claimed by Bing. So added up it's 32 ppcs at about $2 each or $64.00. No credit was given and no proof to support the inflated numbers.
When I have had similar situations with Google and other search engines they have promptly made refunds. I really think Bing should only charge for provable results and cede the benefit of doubt to the advertisers.
