I have an account with a campaign targeting the New York Metro area, NJ (where I am), Delaware and Philly Metro. I have gone to Yahoo multiple times and searched for a phrase I am bidding on: "baby model". This phrase is not very competitive and as an exact match it has a 7/10 QS. I am using the adCenter recommended bid. I am not, however, seeing my ad show on Yahoo after multiple requests on multiple computers in the building (I am targeting all devices and have confirmed that and my location targeting are accurate).
After multiple requests and no results, I decided to search for "baby model new york". Immediately my ad showed in the first position. (Mind you, this is NOT a phrase I am bidding on, though would expect it to show for phrase match)
I tried again to search "baby model" and nothing. I then signed into my personal Yahoo account and searched "baby model" again. And there was my ad!!
Can anyone please tell me why this is happening and how I can ensure my ad is seen as many times as possible for searches for "baby model".
