I just created an account, and now I cannot log in to my account. First I also tried to add a card for payment, but each time it caused the error. What happened?

I am having a terrible experience with Bing Ads. On Saturday I opened an account, got my campaigns set up, supplied my credit card for payment and since then have not been able to log back in. 4 full days of trying and the sign in page just refreshes and empties my form fields. I have reset my password 3 times, sent emails to support and logged a ticket via the phone.
None of this makes me very comfortable as I have no idea what is happening with my campaigns and how much my credit card is being charged.
I cannot believe that I was told my support it would 3-5 business days to resolve. I asked for my account to just be closed and I was told they couldn't until a specialist looked into.
This is one of the worst online customer service experiences I have ever had. I am seriously regretting bothering with Bing in the first place.
