Unfortunately I cannot help you in this forum. Per customer support this case has been investigated and we consider the case closed. You may respond to the email you received for further clarification.
Unfortunately, your support is also not fixed this problem.
These actions seriously damage the advertisers.

I'm sorry to hear you’re having issues with your account. No, there isn't an intermediary agency available. However, you can respond to the email you received from support for additional assistance. I would include why this decision may be an error (changed your credit card, billing address different on credit card). Please keep in mind that these decisions are rarely overturned but you do have options. Good Luck!
