Microsoft paused my account for "insertion level" or something like that. They said I was a premium advertiser but no one can tell me my contact or give me an email address. Said they would contact me two days in a row but nothing. Nice premium service?!?! Campaigns paused and I can't unpause them. Anyone ever have this happen???
I got an answer, 7 days later . An Insertion Order is basically a line of credit you sign when opening an account whether you know it or not and mine reached the limit so Microsoft paused my account even though the credit card was good on the account. Still not sure why I wasn't contacted before it ran out or why no one knew what it was?!? But, I was finally contacted (7 days later) by my new account rep, after multiple daily phone calls and emails from me to the service center. New account rep is great and maybe this was just one of those things that slid through a loophole but a HUGE let down nonetheless. Thanks microsoft....
