CANT LOGIN TO ADCENTER

Firefox 3.6.4

open adcenter.microsoft.com

the browser shows The page is not redirecting properly

removed all cache and cookies, it still doesnt work

 

also tried opera 10.60, same problem, can not open the login page

    Have you tried using Internet Explorer? Also what operating system do you have on your computer?

    As i am unable to replicate the issue on my end.

  • i used firefox3.6.8, ie, but still can't open adcenter.microsoft.com.  It has been that for at least 2 weeks from our side.

    If you are experiencing issues with adCenter please contact support. My Suggetion would is to make sure that you have all your windows updates. You may also want to try and clear your cache and cookies.

    If you having some kind of error please describe or post a screenshot.

  • i have sent my questions as well as the screenshot to adcenter's support. they replied the questions were submitted to the concerned department. But until now i didn't receive the solution. And still, i can't open adcenter.microsoft.com.

    However, to my supprise, when i transferred my campaigns to adcenter yesterday, i could open my adcenter account and completed the process. After then, i couldn't open adcenter again.

    my firefox showed that "This page is not redirecting properly.Firefox detected the server is redirecting the request cycle to this address ."

    Hope there is someone to give the correct answers

    I am unable to replicate this issue.

    Couple things that you could also try is that you may want to run a virus scan or something similar. After that if you are still experiencing issues, Please Contact Support so we can send this issue for investigation.
