live chat is always unavailable !

I cant log in to my account , I contacted the support via email they told me I have to provide some verefications info via Chat but the chat is always unavailable even during the operation times I keep refreshing the page but seems that no way.

my english speeking is not good so I dont prefer to use Phone

 

please help

    Even I think that many times it happens that you are unable to reach the chat support timely when you actually need them. But still, another aspect is that you try  try again by clicking on that link of chat process and you are able to get through in sometime. 

    I think that this happens because of the high volume of Bing adCenter customers asking lots of queries at the sametime via chat process. So obviously it becomes difficult for the chat representatives also to take up the chat timely.

    As Ricky has said that he will take this up with the concerned authorities, so I guess you should wait for positive feedback :)
