I am completely frustrated and extremely upset. I have an account, with two sub accounts that has been suspended. I have no idea how this could happen. I have had issue with this account in the past and when I press for answer they turn my spend back on and give me no reason for why it happen and simply say it was a mistake. I have clients that are extremely upset that their campaigns are not spending. I have had this account for a while and spend a good deal of money in it. I went of vacation and access my account one time and when I tried to log back in, I cannot. I have tried multiple times to get answers, but the so called "support" from adcenter does nothing. I need this account turned back on ASAP!
