Former Online Community Program Manager, Chris Norred was a technical writer, editor, and Web site publisher at Microsoft. He was an active member of Microsoft's basketball league and passionate about online community, big fish, and team sports. Before joining Microsoft in 1999, Norred was a small-town newspaper reporter in the Pacific Northwest.
