&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;* Manage individuals&amp;#39; activities across the group to make a company&amp;#39;s presence more uniform, and&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;* Better integrate their efforts with company efforts and business metrics to better validate the overall social media approach&lt;/p&gt;
